{"id":3154,"date":"2022-05-23T12:32:23","date_gmt":"2022-05-23T09:32:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bacc-bg.org\/project\/konsultantski-uslugi-za-bankata-za-razvitie-na-saveta-na-evropa\/"},"modified":"2022-06-13T14:10:46","modified_gmt":"2022-06-13T11:10:46","slug":"providing-consulting-services-for-the-council-of-europe-development-bank","status":"publish","type":"dt_portfolio","link":"https:\/\/bacc-bg.org\/en\/project\/providing-consulting-services-for-the-council-of-europe-development-bank\/","title":{"rendered":"Providing consulting services for the Council of Europe Development Bank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BACC JSC was selected by the Bank to conduct an independent evaluation of the National Program for Energy Efficiency of Multifamily Residential Buildings.<br \/>\nThe main objective of the evaluation is to generate conclusions and lessons for future such funding by improving and achieving more sustainable results (under such programs) from a social, economic and environmental point of view.<br \/>\nThe audited projects cover part of the buildings financed by a state-guaranteed loan from the \\co\\e \\development Bank in the cities of Burgas, Haskovo, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Kardzhali.<br \/>\nThe evaluation examines the achievements and results of energy efficiency investments, and the tasks performed include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desk research on the technical documentation received from the municipalities,<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out of on-the-spot checks at the buildings in the cities of Burgas, Haskovo, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Kardzhali,<\/li>\n<li>Conducting interviews with the municipal bodies responsible for the implementation of the Programme,<\/li>\n<li>Conducting interviews with representatives of the buildings visited,<\/li>\n<li>Conducting a survey on the owners satisfaction with the renovation,<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BACC JSC was selected by the Bank to conduct an independent evaluation of the National Program for Energy Efficiency of Multifamily Residential Buildings.
